When we have opened up to trusting & receiving higher wisdom and divine insight, built a relationship with our inner universe/our communication network with self & spirit, the next step is to understand how to navigate through the messages….which typically creates opportunities for us to contemplate and heal those pieces of ourselves that are no longer serving. Things such as old beliefs and thoughts patterns, old wounds created by ourselves and others, as well as shifts in our perception that can, at times be challenging to bring into our external environment. In this second series of classes, Awaken The Healer Within, we will be focusing on:

Creating rituals to support & empower our healing journey.
How to discern what energy, emotions, etc. are yours and what aren’t, and what to do with that.
A deeper look at the 7 main chakras to guide in the next steps of understanding, clearing and healing.
An introduction to crystals & how they can support our healing journey. PLUS we will create our own personal crystal power pack to take home.
How to navigate and process the emotions, situations, etc. that have come to surface for healing.
Different ways of healing those pieces of yourself, for yourself.
Truth & Triggers - how each plays an important role both separately and interwoven.
The importance of being fully present and exercises to support this way of living.
Acknowledge, acceptance and right action. Remembering we are human, we are not perfect and how to manage the triggers that come with being human.
And many more new energy exercises, tools & practices to add to your spiritual toolkit.

2 Equal Payments

- It's Just Me: $95.00 x 2 payments (first payment due now, second payment due February 3/19) Total cost: $190.00

4 Equal Payments

- It's Just Me: $50.00 x 4 payments (first payment due now, second payment due January 20/19, third payment due February 3/19, fourth payment due February 17/19) Total cost: $200.00
